Sony has made several movies about Spider-Man characters like Venom and Morbius. These movies are part of what is called Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SMU).

Many fans have wondered if the SMU movies are connected to the popular Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) where movies like Iron Man, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and the Avengers movies take place.

The answer is both yes and no. The SMU movies like Venom exist in their separate universe from the main MCU universe. This means the versions of characters like Venom played by Tom Hardy are different from the ones that may appear in the MCU.

However, because of the concept of the “multiverse” which contains infinite alternate realities, the SMU universe and the MCU universe are connected, just on different parallel worlds. Certain events like the spell gone wrong in Spider-Man: No Way Home allowed some crossover between the two universes.

For example, in a scene after the credits in No Way Home, Tom Hardy’s Venom is transported briefly to the MCU universe before being sent back. He also left behind a small piece of the Venom symbiote in the MCU.

The new trailer for Venom 3 (titled Venom: The Last Dance) shows that small symbiote piece getting captured, but it’s unclear if this is happening in the SMU or MCU. So the universes stay interconnected but separate.

Starting next month, existing US subscribers will receive an email detailing the latest price hikes.

As the table shows, the Spotify Duo subscription, which allows two people to share a premium account, is seeing the largest percentage increase at 13%. The Family plan for up to six accounts is going up by 18%.

“So that we can continue to invest in and innovate on our product features and bring users the best experience, we occasionally update our prices,” Spotify said in a blog post announcing the changes.

The streaming giant recently increased subscription prices for international markets as well.

Bloomberg reported last month that Spotify still plans to launch a new “Supremium” tier with lossless audio and other premium features. Some users have already spotted a Dolby Atmos logo in the Spotify app, hinting at immersive audio as part of the Supremium offering.

In response to the report, STAYC’s agency Highup Entertainment shared that the group is actively preparing for their comeback, stating, “STAYC is working hard to prepare a new album ahead of their comeback in early July.

This marks the group’s first comeback in approximately 11 months, following the release of their third mini album “TEENFRESH” in August last year. The group’s successful world tour “TEENFRESH” concluded in March, with performances in a total of 15 cities.
