One UI 7.0 Update: No More New Edge Panels for Users

Samsung One UI 7

Samsung is making a significant change in One UI 7.0 that will affect users’ ability to download Edge Panels.

While the update hasn’t officially rolled out yet, leaks have revealed that after upgrading, users will no longer be able to download new Edge Panels from the Galaxy Store.

However, if you’ve already downloaded Edge Panels before the update, you’ll still be able to use them.

These panels will be available under the “My apps” section in the Galaxy Store. But there’s a catch: if you uninstall them after updating to One UI 7.0, you won’t be able to re-download them.

For users with new devices running One UI 7.0, the situation is a bit different. You can still download the Edge Panels, but only those that were previously installed on older devices.

For more details, you can check the notice Samsung has issued to its users.
