Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge – Launching May 13
Samsung will launch the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, 2025. It features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the new Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

Nothing Phone (3) – Coming in Q3 2025
Nothing Phone (3) is expected between July and September 2025. Known for its transparent design and LED glyphs, the Phone (3) will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and an improved camera setup. It may cost between $600–$800.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Launched Globally in March
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was launched in March and remains a strong pick in 2025. It features the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a Leica camera system, and a massive 6,000mAh battery. Expected pricing is between $900 and $1,100.
Mid-Range and Budget Phones to Watch
Several brands are set to launch mid-range and budget models with solid specs.
