A new tool called TSforge has been introduced, allowing users to permanently activate Microsoft Windows and Office products without the need for traditional activation or online validation. This tool is part of the MAS 3.0 update and has been developed by a hacking group named Massgrave.
How TSforge Works
TSforge works by modifying Microsoft’s Software Protection Platform (SPP) at its core. It targets two important files, data.dat and tokens.dat, which store product licensing details.
By injecting fake activation data into these files, TSforge tricks the system into believing the product is legitimately activated. This eliminates the need for online verification or periodic reactivation, offering a more permanent solution compared to older methods.
Unlike KMS-based activators (like KMSpico or KMSAuto Net), which temporarily activate Windows and Office, TSforge provides a long-lasting activation. KMS activators emulate Microsoft’s Key Management Service to grant temporary activation, but TSforge bypasses this entirely.
Compatibility
TSforge works with Windows 7 and newer versions, including Windows Server editions up to 2025. It also supports Microsoft Office 2013 to 2024, as long as they run on Windows 8 or later.
One of the additional features is the ability to enable Extended Security Updates (ESU) for older Windows versions, as well as extending Windows 10 updates beyond the October 2025 end-of-support deadline.
What Does Microsoft Think?
At the time of writing, Microsoft has not publicly commented on the TSforge method or taken action against it. The tool remains a significant bypass to Microsoft’s Digital Rights Management (DRM) system.
