Batman: Caped Crusader (Aug. 1)
Add another Batman TV show to the list with Batman: Caped Crusader. Produced by J.J. Abrams, Matt Reeves, and Bruce Timm, this animated series features a stellar voice cast, including Hamish Linklater as Batman and Christina Ricci as Catwoman.
JACKPOT! (Aug. 15)
John Cena and Awkwafina star in this action-comedy about a lottery winner (Awkwafina) who must survive a gauntlet of jackpot hunters trying to kill her. Cena plays a “lottery protection agent” who helps her stay alive for a cut of the winnings.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 (Aug. 29)
Tom Bombadil makes his live-action debut in Season 2 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. The show, boasting a massive cast and budget, will also feature Sauron in a new guise as a blond elf. This season promises even more Middle-earth drama.
