Leaked photos of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus have surfaced, confirming fears about the direction Samsung is taking with its design.
While the Galaxy S25 Ultra has already been shown to adopt rounded edges, similar to Apple’s design language, the S25 Plus follows suit with a look that closely resembles its peers.
The uniform design across the Galaxy lineup is becoming more evident, with the S25 Plus appearing almost identical to the Ultra model, raising concerns about the loss of the distinct, hefty look that Samsung phones have been known for.
One feature that stands out in the leak is the spot under the power button, which initially sparked confusion, with some thinking it was a camera control button. However, itโs likely related to mmWave antennas, a common feature in 5G devices.
This shift in design strategy has led to criticism, with some accusing Samsung of copying Appleโs approach, especially considering the similarities between One UI 7 and iOS.
Despite these design concerns, the Galaxy S25 lineup is expected to be among the best smartphones of 2025, with Samsung reportedly having a feature that could outshine Appleโs iPhone 16.
