Kendrick Lamar surprised fans by releasing a previously unreleased track titled “Money Without Me” on December 17, 2024.

The song, which dates back to the recording sessions for his 2011 debut album Section.80, was uploaded to his official YouTube page.

Although the video was initially unlisted, it has since been made public for fans to enjoy.

This release follows Lamar’s surprise drop of his sixth studio album GNX last month, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Along with the album, Lamar shared a music video for the track “Squabble Up” and announced a 2025 joint-headlining U.S. tour with SZA.

Lamar is also nominated for seven Grammy awards, including Song of the Year for his track “Not Like Us.”

Fans can listen to “Money Without Me” on Lamar’s YouTube channel, and it adds another layer to his ever-growing catalog of innovative music.
