The rapper shared an early version of the album on his X page, requiring a password for access.

West admitted that the album, titled Bully V1, is unfinished, with several vocals generated by artificial intelligence. He stated that he now dislikes AI and plans to re-record the vocals himself.
The leaked version contains 10 tracks, featuring Playboi Carti and Ty Dolla $ign. However, West has had recent conflicts with both artists, making their inclusion surprising.
