Google Drive

Google’s Gemini AI has gained a new feature that helps users better navigate their Google Drive folders.

Now, you can use Gemini to generate summaries of entire folders by clicking the “Summarize this folder” button at the top of the page.

This feature allows users to quickly get a breakdown of the folder’s contents and ask questions like “What is the theme of this folder?”

Currently, Gemini can summarize text documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and presentations.

During tests, Gemini was also able to identify images in a folder.

This feature is available to Google One AI Premium subscribers and users of Gemini Business, Enterprise, and Education plans.
