Did You Know? YouTube Limits Your Subscriptions

Did you know YouTube limits how many channels you can subscribe to? You can subscribe to a maximum of 75 channels per day. Additionally, each account has a total subscription limit of 2,000 channels.

But there’s a catch. This limit can increase if you grow your own YouTube channel. YouTube explains, “Your subscription limit grows as your YouTube channel does—it’s tied to the number of subscribers your channel has.”

If you hit the cap, YouTube shows a message: “You have too many subscriptions compared to your number of subscribers.” This means having more subscribers allows you to follow more channels.

For most users, subscribing to over 70 channels in one day or 2,000 in total is rare. However, if you ever reach the limit, it might be time to focus on building your own channel!
