CoverScreen OS Enhances Galaxy Z Flip Experience

CoverScreen OS

The Galaxy Z Flip 6’s Flex Window leaves a lot to be desired, but CoverScreen OS steps in with a valuable update — app rotation.

With the latest version, apps like Spotify now rotate to landscape mode, showing additional content like lyrics and artist info directly on the Flex Window. This improvement makes it quicker and easier to interact with the app, without opening the phone.

While useful for some apps, the rotation feature is limited, with other apps like Instagram and Strava showing little benefit.

Despite some minor glitches, CoverScreen OS adds a meaningful upgrade to the Z Flip experience.

Samsung should integrate such features into its default settings, rather than relying on third-party apps and subscriptions. It’s time for Samsung to take note and improve the Flex Window with these simple yet effective enhancements.
