PlayStation 5 users can now download a free animated Battlefield 6 wallpaper for their console’s home screen, following the release of the latest game in the franchise last week.
The wallpaper features a soldier from Battlefield 6 against a red background, with animated silhouettes of aircraft in the distance. It can be accessed and applied through the PS5 customisation screen, alongside a new NBA 2K26 wallpaper for those seeking a sports-themed option.
Battlefield 6 has already made a strong impact since launch, becoming Electronic Arts’ most successful Steam release to date, with over 700,000 concurrent players on its first day.
The game returns to the modern-era style of earlier titles such as Battlefield 3 and 4, featuring multiplayer modes, a campaign, a custom content creator Portal mode, and a planned Battle Royale mode.
