K-pop group ATEEZ announced their new album “GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 2,” set to release Friday, November 15, 2024, marking their return just six months after their last release.
The eight-member group shared details during a press conference in Seoul’s Songpa District.
The new album features six tracks:
- “Ice On My Teeth” (Lead Single)
- “DEEP DIVE”
- “Scene 1: Value”
- “Man on Fire”
- “Selfish Waltz”
- “Enough”
Group members Hongjoong and Mingi contributed lyrics to five of the tracks. The lead single “Ice On My Teeth” combines hip-hop with elegant string elements, using the metaphor of diamond-set teeth to represent harmonious contrasts.
ATEEZ’s global presence has grown significantly, highlighted by their historic performance at Coachella in April 2024 as the first K-pop boy group to appear at the festival. Their recent North American tour “TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER” drew over 200,000 fans.
As the group approaches their seventh anniversary, leader Hongjoong addressed contract renewal speculations by expressing optimism about the group’s future, stating all eight members share goals for long-term artistic growth.
