Apple is kicking off the new year with a promotion for Apple Fitness+, offering a three-month free trial to help users start 2025 on a healthy note.

While the offer isn’t new, it has been highlighted on Apple’s homepage to tap into the surge of New Year’s fitness resolutions.

Apple Fitness+ provides a wide range of on-demand workout classes, including options for different levels of intensity.

The service features 12 types of workouts, from HIIT to Yoga, and even Meditation, with new sessions added weekly. Users also get personalized recommendations based on their activity.

The offer is available to anyone who hasn’t yet used the service, with a one-month free trial for new users and a three-month trial with the purchase of most Apple devices. Apple has also begun emailing eligible customers who haven’t claimed the offer yet.

For those who take up the offer, it’s worth noting that the trial will automatically renew at $9.99 per month after the three months, so a calendar reminder to review it might be helpful.
