BTS has officially announced their 5th studio album, titled ARIRANG. The album will include 14 tracks and will be released worldwide on March 20, 2026.
The announcement was shared through Weverse, HYBE’s official fan platform, by Big Hit Music. The label said the album reflects who BTS is today and highlights music as the group’s main form of expression. Fans have waited several years for a full studio release, making this comeback especially meaningful.
ARIRANG is BTS’ first full-length studio album in nearly six years, following Map of the Soul: 7 released in 2020. It is also their first new album since the anthology Proof in 2022.
Release date and time
The album will be released on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM KST, which is 9:30 AM IST. Physical albums will begin shipping globally from the release date, based on purchase order.

The album will feature 14 songs, though the tracklist has not yet been revealed.
Pre-order details
Pre-orders began on January 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM KST (7:30 AM IST). Fans can pre-order the album through online and offline music retailers worldwide.
