In the teaser, Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), also known as Player 456, is seen once again trapped in the brutal world of the games. He is carried back into the players’ quarters inside the iconic black coffin, hinting at more deadly challenges ahead.
A new game is revealed in the teaser, where a large gumball machine drops red and blue balls that decide the players’ fate. It also shows Gi-hun and other survivors caught in a twisted, darker version of the games. The trailer ends with the eerie sound of a baby crying, suggesting a shocking twist in the story.
Netflix says Season 3 will follow Gi-hun’s return to the games with a new mission: to destroy them for good. But his journey will not be easy. He must face new threats, including the Front Man—who was secretly working against him while pretending to be Player 001.
