The Samsung Galaxy Ring, a sleek health-tracking wearable, has dropped to a new record low of $280, down from its original $400 price tag.

This $120 discount is available at Amazon and Best Buy, making it a more appealing option for those interested in a discreet fitness tracker.

The Galaxy Ring, available in black, gold, and silver, comes in sizes ranging from 5 to 15. While you can purchase it directly, Samsung recommends using its $10 sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit.

The kit is temporarily out of stock on Amazon but is available at Best Buy, which also offers a $10 gift card to offset the cost.

The Galaxy Ring tracks activity, heart rate, sleep, and menstrual cycles, and measures blood oxygen levels and skin temperature. However, it lacks advanced features like irregular heart rate notifications and sleep apnea detection.

For the best experience, a Galaxy smartphone is required, as it unlocks additional functionalities like pinch gestures for smartphone actions and Samsung Find integration.

While the Galaxy Ring doesn’t require a subscription—unlike its competitor, the Oura Ring 4—it works best within Samsung’s ecosystem. Pairing it with a Galaxy Watch can extend its battery life by 30%, as the system prioritizes the watch’s more accurate readings.

At $280, the Galaxy Ring is a solid choice for Galaxy users seeking a stylish, no-frills health tracker. However, non-Samsung phone users may want to explore other options.
