Rockstar Games may have hinted at the return of Lester Crest, a fan-favorite character from Grand Theft Auto 5, in the upcoming GTA 6.

This speculation comes from a new update in GTA Online, where Lester leaves an intriguing in-game message.

In the update, Rockstar added new vehicles, missions, and an interesting message from Lester.

The message talks about his life in retirement, and fans believe it suggests he has moved to Vice City, a key location in GTA 6.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is set in the fictional state of Leonida, which includes Vice City. Fans think Rockstar might be teasing Lester’s involvement in the game’s Online mode.

This wouldn’t be the first time a character from one game reappears in another. For example, Johnny Klebitz from GTA 4 returned in GTA 5.

While Lester’s return seems plausible, Rockstar hasn’t confirmed anything yet. GTA 6 is expected to release in Fall 2025, so fans will have to wait for official details.
