$10 a Month? iPhone Users Say Apple Intelligence Is Worth It

A recent survey shows strong interest in Apple Intelligence, even with its rocky rollout. About half of U.S. consumers surveyed said they’d pay at least $10 per month for unlimited access to the feature.

The survey, conducted by Morgan Stanley in February and March, included over 3,000 respondents, with about 1,400 current iPhone users.

This included 450 people using iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 — the only models compatible with Apple Intelligence so far.

Here’s the breakdown of how much people are willing to pay:

  • 22% would pay $15 or more per month
  • 30% would pay between $10 and $14.99
  • 17% would pay between $5 and $9.99
  • 11% would pay less than $5
  • 14% are not willing to pay
  • 6% are unsure

These numbers show that despite a rough launch, many people see value in Apple Intelligence. The feature has faced legal issues, delayed rollouts, and technical problems like false news summaries.

Apple has also had to remove “available now” wording from its website after complaints.

Still, analysts say the demand is clear. Whether Apple will charge for the feature remains to be seen — but many users already seem ready to open their wallets.
