Xiaomi is getting ready to launch its next foldable phone, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, this June. The phone will first arrive in China, with a global release expected later this year.
The Mix Flip 2 features a 6.85-inch foldable OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s built to last with Gorilla Glass Victus on the screen and an aluminum frame. It also has an IPX8 rating, making it resistant to water.
Inside, the phone runs on the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, supported by 8GB or 12GB RAM. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB, giving users plenty of space. It will come with MIUI 14, likely based on Android 14 or 15.
For photography, the Mix Flip 2 packs dual 50MP cameras on the back. One of them is a main sensor with OIS, and the other is a 50MP ultrawide. The cameras feature Leica tuning, promising sharp, high-quality shots. The 32MP front camera will handle selfies with ease.
Powering the phone is a 4,780mAh battery, with support for 67W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. This ensures that users can quickly recharge on the go.
With a sleek clamshell design available in Black, White, and Purple, the Mix Flip 2 is expected to cost around ₹79,990 (~$1,000) in India.
The official launch is expected by late June or early July, with full specs and global release details coming soon.
