Xiaomi has unveiled the Mijia Dictionary Pen C1, a versatile tool designed to help children learn Chinese and English.

The pen features a 3.02-inch display that shows word definitions, pronunciations, and translations. It uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to scan words and provides results in 0.3 seconds with 98% accuracy.

The pen supports over 26 million words and offers voice search and offline queries.

  • Storage: 32GB, with up to 100 days of standby time.

The pen is priced at CNY 349 ($48) during its crowdfunding campaign, offering a discount from the original CNY 399 ($55).

The campaign will begin on December 18th, 2024, in China, with no confirmed release date for other regions.
