Travis Scott is preparing his next project, promising what he calls an “ultra-scale” evolution of his 2015 debut album, Rodeo. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Houston rapper said he wants this new work to be understood by both longtime fans and skeptics who feel they’ve never fully grasped his artistry.

Scott described a creative process focused on clarity, balancing the energy of sold-out stadiums with an intimate, euphoric sound. He aims to refine the raw elements of his production to make it accessible without losing the maximalist intensity fans associate with his music.

Referencing Rodeo, Scott suggested the new project will bring back dark storytelling and experimental trap elements but on a larger, “stadium-ready” scale. He emphasized that while no release date has been set, the project is a priority: “The kids must eat.”

Fans can expect high-energy tracks that maintain emotional depth, blending Scott’s signature psychedelic and trap influences into a sound designed for global arenas. His focus on rhythm, production, and full-body creative investment hints at a defining moment in his career.
