Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady marked a family milestone on Friday as his eldest son, Jack, turned 18.
Brady shared a series of photos on Instagram showing Jack through different stages of his life, alongside a message expressing pride in his son’s character and growth.
“From little steps to big dreams, happy birthday Jack,” Brady wrote. “You’ve always shown grace, courage, love and kindness since God blessed us with your arrival. I’m so proud of the man you are.”
The seven-time Super Bowl champion also added a touch of humour, writing: “Welcome to adulthood, it comes with higher credit card limits, bigger bills, and no curfew… OK maybe not all at once.”
Brady, 48, ended his post by telling his son this will be his “best year yet” and reflected on the joy parents feel from their children’s happiness.
The birthday message comes days after Brady posted a photo of Jack standing taller than him, a moment that prompted playful reactions from his former teammates.
In his latest post, Brady shared photos where the height difference was in his favour.
