The Kid LAROI has reached a major milestone in his career. His new album, Before I Forget, debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart. The project earned 41,000 first-week units in the United States.
This marks LAROI’s second top 10 album on the Billboard 200. It also nearly doubled the opening numbers of his previous studio album, The First Time, which debuted with around 22,000 units. The strong debut confirms his growing presence in the global music scene.
The album is also performing well internationally. In Australia, LAROI’s home country, Before I Forget debuted at No. 1 on the Australian Artist Albums chart. It reached No. 2 on the overall ARIA Albums chart.
Several tracks from the album are already gaining strong streaming numbers. Fan favorites include “A COLD PLAY,” which samples Coldplay’s “Fix You,” “RATHER BE” featuring Lithe, and “PRIVATE.” These songs are trending across major playlists.
LAROI is now preparing for a major live performance in Melbourne. He will headline the AO Live series at the Australian Open on January 28, 2026. The show will take place at John Cain Arena and is expected to be a homecoming celebration.
The concert will feature songs from Before I Forget alongside his biggest hits, including “STAY” and “WITHOUT YOU.” Special guests May-A and Will Swinton are also set to appear.
The album has a personal backstory as well. LAROI reportedly scrapped an earlier project in 2025 and re-recorded most of Before I Forget in a short period. The result is one of his most emotional and honest releases to date.
With strong chart results and a major live show ahead, Before I Forget is shaping up to be a defining moment in The Kid LAROI’s career.
