Ubisoft’s upcoming Star Wars Outlaws update, launching on November 21, promises to overhaul major aspects of the game, with combat changes so significant that it feels like a new open-world experience.

Update 1.4 introduces headshot rewards, revamped enemy stats, new weak points, redesigned weapon stats, and even tweaks to cover and damage mechanics.

Key highlights include:

  • Health and armor updates to differentiate enemy types.
  • Redesigned weapons and shooting patterns.
  • New combat dynamics, including longer stuns with Ion modules.
  • Customizable camera angles.

Ubisoft aims to create a deeper, more satisfying combat loop, moving past the issues that marked the game’s initial release.

If the update delivers, Outlaws could be on the road to redemption.
