Streamer Nicolas “Sneako” has publicly criticized British journalist Piers Morgan after walking out of an interview with him.
Sneako was accompanying Kanye West—now officially known as Ye—during the talk, but both he and Ye left early. Sneako later said Morgan was being disrespectful and called him “Dave Portnoy in a suit.”
While streaming on Parti, Sneako explained that Morgan failed to show Kanye basic respect. He said Morgan deliberately misused Kanye’s name and treated the rapper unfairly. “You’re supposed to be a master of journalism,” Sneako said. “You show an embarrassing display here.”
Sneako added that the experience hurt Morgan’s image. “It’s not going to reflect well on you,” he stated. “You just missed out on a generational interview.”
Sneako has been closely involved with Kanye West recently, especially during the release of Donda 2. He and fellow streamer N3on helped with the album’s tracklist and were invited to Spain to stream the launch.
Kanye’s team originally wanted Kai Cenat and Adin Ross as well, but Adin later backed out, saying he was glad to avoid the project.
Neither Piers Morgan nor Kanye West has commented publicly about the interview incident.
