Apple TV+ will release season 3 of the show Shrinking soon. The new season will focus on the theme of “moving forward,” following the earlier themes of grief in season 1 and forgiveness in season 2.
The story will continue to follow Jimmy (played by Jason Segel), Paul (Harrison Ford), Gaby (Jessica Williams), and others as they face big life changes and try to move ahead despite challenges.
Season 3 will also feature new guest stars. Michael J. Fox will play an important role connected to Paul’s battle with Parkinson’s disease. Jeff Daniels will appear as Jimmy’s father.
New love interests will join the cast, including Cobie Smulders, who appeared briefly in season 2, and Isabella Gomez, who plays Sean’s love interest. Brett Goldstein will return after his important role in season 2.
The show’s creator, Bill Lawrence, says season 3 will wrap up the main story, but the show might continue beyond this season with new stories.
Apple TV+ has not announced the exact release date yet, but since production is done, season 3 is expected to arrive in early 2026, possibly in January.
Apple TV+ costs $9.99 a month and also offers popular shows like Ted Lasso and Severance.
