Rockstar Finally Bringing Mansions to GTA Online in Major Winter Update

GTA Online — Winter Snow

Rockstar Games has confirmed that purchasable mansions are coming to GTA Online later this year. The news arrives just after the release of the latest summer update, Money Fronts, and has excited players who have been asking for luxury homes since the game’s launch in 2013.

According to dataminers, the new feature will be introduced through a business called “Prix Luxury Real Estate.” Players will soon be able to buy large, high-end properties in the game, marking one of the biggest additions to GTA Online in years.

One of the text strings found in the game files says, “You have earned an exclusive discount on a future property purchase with Prix Luxury Real Estate. They will be in contact again soon when properties become available.” This confirms that players can already start earning discounts for future mansion purchases by playing the current update.

More hints about the upcoming mansions mention a character named Mr. Faber, who is involved in luxury property development. Players will likely take part in events to help with building and preparing these new homes for sale.

There’s also a possibility of an in-game construction event tied to the new properties. Props and assets related to building sites have been discovered, suggesting Rockstar might show progress on these mansions over time, something the community has long wanted to see.

GTA Online players have requested mansions for over a decade, with rumors and fake leaks circulating for years. Now, as GTA VI approaches, it looks like Rockstar is preparing to give fans one of their most-wanted features in the game’s final updates.

More official details are expected from Rockstar in the coming months.
