Rapper Lil Nas X Found Walking Nearly Naked in L.A., Taken to Hospital

Rapper Lil Nas X has been hospitalized after a strange incident on a Los Angeles street early Thursday morning, police said.

The artist, best known for his hit “Old Town Road,” was spotted walking down Ventura Boulevard around 4 a.m., wearing only underwear and cowboy boots.

Witnesses reported his unusual behavior to police after he was seen placing a traffic cone on his head and speaking incoherently while walking in the middle of the road.

According to law enforcement sources, officers arrived at the scene after multiple calls from residents. They said Lil Nas X charged at officers, leading them to subdue him and place him in handcuffs. Paramedics later transported him to a hospital on suspicion of a possible overdose.

Police confirmed he remains under medical care. Authorities added that he could still face charges, though no decision has been made.

Representatives for Lil Nas X have not yet commented on the incident.
