Pokémon Go June 2025 Events: Community Day, Go Fest, and More

Pokémon Go players have a busy month ahead with many exciting events lined up in June 2025. From Community Days and Spotlight Hours to special global celebrations, there are plenty of chances to catch rare Pokémon, earn rewards, and enjoy new features.

One of the biggest events is Yamper’s Paw Prints, running from June 20 to June 22. This event introduces the Galarian Pokémon Yamper and its evolution, Boltund, into the game. Players can find these Pokémon in the wild and complete special research tasks during the event.

On June 21, the Community Day features Jangmo-o, a rare pseudo-Legendary Pokémon. Jangmo-o will appear more often from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. Lucky trainers might even find its shiny version. The day includes special bonuses, research tasks, and a unique attack for Jangmo-o.

From June 23 to June 27, the Ancient Recovered event brings Legendary Titans like Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regidrago, Regieleki, and Regigigas to 5-star raids. On June 27, all these Titans will be available together. The Galarian starters’ Gigantamax forms—Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Inteleon—will also appear in Max Battles.

The big highlight is Go Fest 2025: Global, happening June 28 and June 29. Players worldwide can obtain the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion through special research. Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta will appear as 5-star raid bosses for one day each. The event includes rare spawns, raids, and bonuses.

Weekly Spotlight Hours happen every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time, featuring different Pokémon and bonuses:

  • June 3: Spritzee – double catch XP
  • June 10: Magnemite – double catch candy
  • June 17: Solosis – double transfer candy
  • June 24: Growlithe – double evolution XP

Raid Hours occur every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time with featured raid bosses:

  • June 4: Tapu Bulu
  • June 11: Groudon
  • June 18: Kyogre
  • July 2: Cobalion

Niantic has also held in-person Go Fest events earlier this month in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris, with special rewards for attendees.

June is packed with fun for Pokémon Go trainers. Make sure to check event times and prepare your items to catch them all!
