In the latest teaser, Nothing showcases the design of the standard Phone (3a), which sports the brand’s signature transparent back and futuristic look, along with three “Glyph” lighting modules around the camera.
Visually, the Phone (3a) is a more understated version compared to its Pro counterpart, with the primary difference being the camera module.
While the Phone (3a) has a more compact camera setup, the Pro version boasts a much larger module. The design, especially the camera, is reminiscent of Google’s Pixel series, which adds a clean and sleek appeal.
Essential Space Feature
Along with the hardware, a new software feature is leaking ahead of the official launch. Known as “Essential Space”, this feature will be available on the Phone (3a) series, according to leaked details.
It will serve as a powerful organizational tool for your media and notes. Key functionalities of Essential Space include:
- Camera Capture: By pressing the Essential Key, photos are sent directly to Essential Space, where they’re analyzed and stored for future use.
- Smart Collections: Using AI, the feature automatically sorts images, audio, and text, saving users from manually organizing content.
- Focused Search: You can search for content with precision to find exactly what you’re looking for.
- Flip to Record: This allows for quick voice note recording by flipping the device.
The Essential Space feature is still under development, but it’s expected to debut alongside the Phone (3a) series.
