A leaked email from Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing, has revealed the company’s ambitious plans for 2025. The internal message, leaked by tipster Evan Blass, outlines the launch of two smartphones: the Nothing Phone (3) and a mysterious device referred to as “landmark.”
The email confirms that the Nothing Phone (3) is in development and set to launch in 2025. Carl Pei described the device as a significant step forward for the brand, emphasizing its integration of artificial intelligence into the user experience.
“2025 will be by far our biggest year yet,” Pei wrote, adding that the company aims to create technology that “knows you, makes your life easier, and is present where you are.”
The Nothing Phone (3) is expected to feature a telephoto camera, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, and eSIM support. Reports suggest its price will remain around $360, consistent with previous models.
In addition to the Phone (3), Pei’s email hinted at another device called “landmark,” slated for a Q1 2025 release. While details are scarce, speculation points to an affordable smartphone or a product under the CMF sub-brand.
Another Nothing device, model number NT04, recently appeared in a BIS listing, indicating an imminent launch in India. Certification details reveal it will have a 4,290mAh battery, smaller than the 5,000mAh cells used in the Phone (2) series.
With a focus on integrating AI, innovative designs, and user-friendly features, Nothing aims to make 2025 a pivotal year for the company. Fans of the brand can expect more updates as the year unfolds.
