A designer has created an exciting concept for Nothing’s first foldable smartphone, the Nothing Fold (1).
Inspired by the Nothing Phone (2), this concept features a 6.5-inch flat cover display and an 8.3-inch inner screen, both with punch-hole cameras.
The standout feature is a light bar on the hinge, with another version showing a display on the hinge for notifications—though this remains a fantasy.
The Nothing Fold (1) would also introduce a triple rear camera setup, diverging from the company’s usual dual cameras.
The concept includes a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, 16GB of RAM, a 32MP front camera, and a 5,500mAh battery, with 15W Qi2 wireless charging. The proposed price is £799 (~$1018/€970), aiming to undercut competitors.
While Nothing hasn’t confirmed any foldable plans, this concept shows what a future foldable phone from the brand could look like.
