New PUBG Game ‘Blindspot’ Announced – Release Date, Gameplay & More!

PUBG Studios has revealed a new game called PUBG: Blindspot, a 5v5 top-down tactical shooter.

Developed by Team ARC, this game is a fresh take on the PUBG universe. Publisher Krafton also released a trailer during Steam Next Fest, giving players their first look at the upcoming title.

PUBG Blindspot: A New Tactical Experience

Unlike the battle royale format of PUBG: Battlegrounds, PUBG: Blindspot focuses on 5v5 team-based combat.

Players will take on the roles of attackers or defenders, using a top-down view to plan their moves.

This format encourages strategic gameplay, similar to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, but with a different perspective.

PUBG Blindspot Release Date & Demo

PUBG: Blindspot will be available on Steam, but the official release date is still unknown. However, a playable demo will be released on February 21, 2025. This demo will let players test the game and provide feedback to the developers.

What’s in the PUBG Blindspot Demo?

The demo will feature 10 unique characters, each with signature weapons and special tools like smoke bombs, grenades, and a decrypter.

Players can also try out three team deathmatch maps and four demolition mission maps, each with a unique theme.

With Krafton’s strong history in the shooter genre, PUBG: Blindspot looks like an exciting new direction for the franchise.

Fans won’t have to wait long to try it out when the demo launches on Steam next month.
