Legendary rapper Nas applauded Kendrick Lamar’s surprise album GNX, released on November 22, 2024, saying, “Always inspired by my brother KL. Keeping the essence of this sh*t alive and at the forefront. Salute King!”

The 12-track album, Lamar’s sixth studio release, features collaborations with SZA and Kamasi Washington.

It marks his return since 2022’s Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers and comes ahead of his Super Bowl halftime performance in February 2025.

Critics have praised GNX for its introspective lyrics and bold themes. Tracks like “Wacced Out Murals” explore Lamar’s journey and industry rivalries.

Nas’s endorsement and the album’s release have created significant excitement across social media, highlighting both artists’ lasting impact on hip-hop
