Marvel Reed Richards Collectible Popcorn Bucket

Marvel Unveils $39.99 Reed Richards Collectible Popcorn Bucket

Marvel Studios has unveiled a new popcorn bucket featuring Pedro Pascal’s Reed Richards from The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The collectible showcases Mr. Fantastic’s signature stretching powers with an extended arm wrapped around the bucket.

The design offers fans a detailed look at the upcoming film’s elements. It features retro lettering, new team suits, and their spacecraft called the Excelsior.

Spacecraft Details Clarified

The popcorn bucket helps clear up confusion about the Fantastic Four’s ship. Fans previously thought the spacecraft seen in the Thunderbolts post-credits scene belonged to the Fantastic Four.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige explained the difference to Empire magazine. “Their ship is the Excelsior, and there is a Fantastic Four ship entering the MCU… But I’m not sure they’re the same ship,” he said.

The bucket’s visuals show the Excelsior’s unique features, including its boosters and landing gear, which distinguish it from other Marvel spacecraft.

Product Details and Promotion

The Reed Richards popcorn bucket will cost $39.99 when it goes on sale. It joins other promotional items planned for the film, including a larger Galactus collectible.

Artists like BossLogic have created fan art inspired by the bucket’s design. The collectible targets both franchise fans and general collectors.

Cast and Film Information

Pedro Pascal described his approach to playing Reed Richards to Empire. “He does the ultimate version of catastrophising. A brain that has an overview of threats on a mathematical level, but also being emotionally available,” Pascal said.

The film stars Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm. Julia Garner plays Silver Surfer, while Ralph Ineson portrays Galactus.

Matt Shakman directs the film, which is set in a retro-futuristic 1960s setting. The Fantastic Four: First Steps releases in theaters on July 25, 2025, with box office projections of 125to125to155 million for its opening weekend.
