Ultron is coming to Marvel Rivals on May 30, 2025. He joins the game during Season 2.5 and will be available to play from 1:00 AM PST (4:00 AM EDT). Players can now prepare to use Ultron’s unique skills and become a key part of their team.
Ultron’s Role in Marvel Rivals
Ultron is a flying Strategist hero. He mixes damage and healing from high above, making him strong in both attack and support roles. Ultron is the first flying Strategist, giving teams new ways to control the map.
Ultron’s Abilities
- Encephalo-Ray (Primary Attack): Fires a long-range energy beam, dealing steady damage.
- Imperative: Patch (Ability E): Sends out a drone to heal a chosen ally and nearby teammates.
- Imperative: Firewall (Alt Attack): Summons drones that shield Ultron and nearby allies, giving extra health, especially to the patched ally.
- Dynamic Flight & Algorithm Correction: Hold Shift to fly freely and Spacebar to land slowly. This gives Ultron big mobility for attacking or escaping danger.
- Rage of Ultron (Ultimate): Summons drones to attack enemies and heal allies in a wide area.
- Stark Protocol (Team-Up Ability): Working with Iron Man, Ultron can use a powerful Unibeam blast that damages foes and heals teammates.
