LEGO is set to make a splash this summer with a new addition to its Ideas line, bringing the classic thriller ‘JAWS’ to life in brick form. The 1,497-piece set, designed by fan Jonny Campbell, will be available from August 6, 2024, for $150 USD, with LEGO Insiders gaining early access on August 3.
This meticulously crafted set features minifigures of Martin Brody, Matt Hooper, and Sam Quint aboard the Orca boat, pursued by the film’s iconic shark. The design cleverly captures a pivotal moment from the movie, with the boat tipping as the shark attacks its stern.
Released in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences, the set arrives a year ahead of the film’s 50th anniversary. It continues LEGO’s tradition of turning fan designs into official products, offering both LEGO enthusiasts and ‘JAWS’ fans a unique way to celebrate this cinematic classic.
The LEGO Ideas ‘JAWS’ set (SKU: 21350) will be available through LEGO’s official channels and select retailers, inviting fans to dive into nostalgia and recreate the thrills of ‘JAWS’ in an entirely new, brick-built format.
