Newly leaked Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specs have revealed a surprising feature: 25W wireless charging, a significant improvement over the 15W wireless charging found in the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
This leaked information comes from trusted source Roland Quandt on Bluesky, though some skepticism remains, especially since Qi2 magnetic wireless charging typically caps at 15W.
Other specs include a 2,600-nit peak brightness display with HDR10+ support, matching the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s screen.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and 120Hz refresh rate are also confirmed, alongside 45W wired charging.
The S25 Ultra will come in three configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage.
The device will also be slightly slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, measuring 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weighing 219g.
The official reveal is expected at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, where the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra will be unveiled.
