K-pop artist Kevin Woo has signed with United Talent Agency (UTA) for worldwide representation across all areas, following his breakout performance in Netflix’s animated hit KPop Demon Hunters.
Woo provided the singing voice for Mystery Saja, a member of the fictional demon boy group The Saja Boys featured in the film. Since its release, KPop Demon Hunters has become a global phenomenon, surpassing 315 million views and ranking as Netflix’s most-watched film of all time.
The animated movie follows Huntrix, a K-pop girl group that secretly fights monsters from the underworld. The film’s popularity has inspired real K-pop fans and groups on TikTok to recreate The Saja Boys’ performances.
The soundtrack, which includes the tracks “Your Idol” and “Soda Pop”, also achieved major commercial success, spending several weeks in the Billboard 200 Top 10. A sequel is currently being discussed between Netflix and Sony Animation.
UTA’s roster already includes Maggie Kang, the film’s co-director, and Rei Ami, one of Huntrix’s voice actors. Woo, who debuted in 2008 with U-KISS, has since built a diverse career as a singer, actor, and performer.
He was part of the original Broadway cast of the musical KPOP (2022) and will perform his first U.S. solo concert at The Troubadour in West Hollywood on November 25, 2025.
Woo is also set to appear in Anderson .Paak’s directorial debut, K-Pops, which is scheduled for a January 2026 theatrical release. His music career is managed by Mono Music Group, while Atlas Artists oversees his acting work.
