Kanye West is suing his former dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, for medical malpractice.
He claims the dentist gave him regular doses of nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, which led to severe neurological damage.
According to the lawsuit, Ye says Dr. Connelly charged him $50,000 per month and got him addicted to the gas.
He blames the addiction for causing emotional distress, financial problems, and issues in his marriage.
Ye also accuses Dr. Connelly of trying to take over his fashion company, Yeezy.
His wife, Bianca Censori, is named in the lawsuit. Former staffer Milo Yiannopoulos supports Ye’s claims and has filed a report backing him.
Dr. Connelly strongly denies all allegations.
The case may move forward after California’s 90-day legal notice period is over.
