Justin Baldoni is spending quality time with his family in Costa Rica after a judge dismissed his lawsuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. A source tells PEOPLE that Baldoni is enjoying a relaxing holiday with his wife Emily and their two children, Maiya and Maxwell.

The dismissal came on June 9, ending Baldoni’s countersuit against Lively and Reynolds, as well as his libel lawsuit against The New York Times. However, the judge allowed Baldoni’s team to amend some claims by June 23.

The legal battle began in December when Lively sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation, accusations Baldoni denies. After the dismissal, Lively called the countersuit “abusive” and said she is determined to support women’s rights.

Baldoni’s attorney said the actor is waiting for his chance to prove the truth in court. Meanwhile, both sides continue to prepare for the next steps in the case.
