Justin Baldoni has launched a website to counter Blake Lively’s allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation related to their work on It Ends With Us. The website, thelawsuitinfo.com, comes just days before a crucial court hearing on February 3.
The site includes a timeline of events, text messages, and the first amended complaint from Baldoni’s legal team in his $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Despite claims of full transparency, the website mainly presents Baldoni’s side of the dispute without introducing major new evidence.
The legal fight began when Lively filed a sexual harassment and retaliation complaint with California’s Civil Rights Department in December 2024. The next day, The New York Times published a detailed report alleging that Baldoni and his team ran a smear campaign against Lively.
Baldoni then sued Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist for defamation and extortion, later adding a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times for its reporting. In response, Lively and Reynolds countersued Baldoni on New Year’s Eve, intensifying the legal battle.
The upcoming February 3 hearing will address key issues, including Lively’s team pushing to dismiss Baldoni’s lawsuit and restrict his attorney, Bryan Freedman, from making public statements. Another major question is whether Freedman will be allowed to depose Lively.
Meanwhile, Freedman continues making media appearances, defending Baldoni’s position. The controversy has also gained widespread attention, with ABC News releasing a documentary titled IMPACT x Nightline: Blake vs Justin.
As both sides dig in, this legal fight is becoming one of Hollywood’s biggest scandals in recent years. With major court decisions ahead, the public will be watching closely to see how this high-stakes drama unfolds.
