This track marked her first release under her independent label, Odd Atelier, and Columbia Records after leaving YG Entertainment and Interscope Records in 2023.
The song blends dance-pop, Miami bass, and R&B influences, with empowering lyrics celebrating self-confidence and girl power.
“Mantra” achieved significant commercial success, peaking at number three on the Billboard Global 200 and number two on the Global Excl. US chart.
It also became Jennie’s first solo entry on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 98 and reached number 37 on the UK Singles Chart, setting a record for a Korean female solo artist.
The song topped charts in Hong Kong and Taiwan and entered the top ten in several countries, including South Korea.
