GTA 6 Map Rumored to Feature Three Islands and 2000 Enterable Buildings

According to recent leaks reported by GTA 6 specialists, the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 may include three islands in addition to its main map.

These islands are said to be inspired by Cuba, the Bahamas, and a third unknown location.

1. The game’s fictional state is called Leonida, with a map 30-50% larger than GTA 5’s.
2. Approximately 2000 buildings (60% of total) will be enterable, with AI-controlled NPCs able to report trespassing.
3. The map will feature a city inspired by Miami and its surroundings, as well as a parody of Fort Myers.
4. A bike trail around Lake Leonida and a Fort Knox-inspired location for gold storage are planned.
5. Players will be able to rent hotels and motels in-game.

The game is set to release in fall 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with a PC version expected later. It will feature two playable characters, Jason and Lucia, marking the first time a female protagonist is included in the series.
