Google Takes Aim at Apple with New Pixel 10 Teaser

Google Pixel 10 Teaser

Google has released a new teaser for the upcoming Pixel 10, and it appears to take a playful jab at its rivals — possibly Apple.

The teaser starts with a popular Dr. Dre song, followed by the line:
“If you buy a new phone because of a feature that’s coming soon, but it’s been coming soon for a full year, you could change your definition of soon. Or you could just change your phone.”

Many believe this line is aimed at Apple, which has taken time to roll out its new AI system, Apple Intelligence. In contrast, Google’s Gemini AI has already been active on Pixel devices for some time.

Aside from the clever message, the teaser shows off the Pixel 10 Pro in a new “Moonstone” color. The phone has a shiny blue-metallic look, which Google may be using as its main color for the Pro model. Fans of classic black phones may still prefer a matte version, but Moonstone is likely to be a top pick.

Google also confirmed that August 20 is the date of its next Pixel event. That’s when more details about the Pixel 10 lineup are expected to be revealed.
