Google has decided to delay its next Pixel launch event, pushing back the release dates of its Pixel 10 flagships. According to recent reports, the launch event initially scheduled for August 13 has been postponed to August 20.
As a result, the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold will now be available for purchase on August 28, instead of the previously leaked date of August 20.
Sources had previously claimed that Google would hold its launch event on August 13, with the smartphones hitting shelves shortly after.
However, new information from Android Headlines indicates that Google has shifted the event to a week later. Pre-orders for the new devices are expected to open on August 20, coinciding with the launch event.
Google has not yet publicly commented on the rumors surrounding the launch event. In the meantime, early details about a potential successor to the Pixel 9 Pro have surfaced online, though no official announcements have been made.
