Google Pixel 10 Lineup to Be Unveiled at August 20th Made by Google Event

Google has officially announced its annual hardware launch event, scheduled for August 20th, 2025, in New York City at 1PM ET.

The company sent out invitations on Wednesday, promising to reveal “the latest on our Pixel phones, watches, buds, and more” during the Made by Google event.

The flagship announcement is expected to be Google’s new Pixel 10 smartphone lineup. Rumors suggest the base Pixel 10 will feature a significant camera upgrade, moving from two to three cameras. The company is also anticipated to unveil the upgraded Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL models.

Google may also introduce a redesigned Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which is rumored to include a larger cover screen and complete dustproof protection – a notable improvement over previous foldable models.

Beyond smartphones, the event will likely showcase Google’s latest wearable technology. The Pixel Watch 4 is expected to feature a larger battery capacity, though this improvement may come with a slightly thicker profile compared to its predecessor.

Details about Google’s audio products remain limited, but reports suggest the company could launch new Pixel Buds 2a, positioning them as budget-friendly alternatives to the premium Pixel Buds lineup.

The timing of the August event continues Google’s tradition of summer hardware launches, allowing the company to showcase new devices ahead of the competitive fall season when Apple and other manufacturers typically release their flagship products.

Google is expected to livestream the event on YouTube, making it accessible to a global audience eager to see the company’s latest innovations in smartphones, wearables, and accessories.
