BTS member V(Kim Tae Hyung) recently spoke about his future projects after completing his mandatory military service on June 10, 2025.
During a live chat with fans, V hinted that new work might be coming soon but asked for a little more patience. He said, “Maybe if we wait a little longer, I think it’ll come out. But, it’s not really a big deal.” Then he laughed and added, “Oh, but to me, it’s actually a big deal.”
V’s military discharge was warmly welcomed by fans worldwide. He and fellow BTS member RM were seen smiling and posing for photos during their discharge ceremony.
V later shared a heartfelt Instagram story showing himself and RM walking arm-in-arm in their military uniforms, marking their journey from enlistment in December 2023 to discharge in June 2025.
Meanwhile, there are reports that BTS is preparing a major group comeback planned for March 2026. A HYBE insider told The Korea Herald that while the exact date is not confirmed, the group is expected to return in mid-March, possibly alongside their brother group Tomorrow X Together.
Some industry experts suggest BTS may release a pre-release single or other project before the full comeback next year.
