A male sex worker, Daniel Phillip, testified at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial that he was paid thousands of dollars to have sex with Cassie Ventura while the music mogul watched and masturbated.

The shocking testimony was presented on May 12, 2025, as part of Combs’ ongoing trial, where he faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution.

Phillip shared that he was hired to strip at a bachelorette party at the Gramercy Park Hotel in Manhattan, but the situation quickly escalated. He stated that Cassie Ventura, who initially asked for a massage with baby oil, paid him for sex, with Combs present in the room.

According to Phillip, Combs introduced himself as being involved in “importing and exporting,” but Phillip recognized the mogul by his voice. He testified that while he had sex with Ventura, Combs sat in the corner and masturbated.

Phillip further claimed that Combs sometimes provided instructions to him and Ventura during their encounters and even filmed some of the sessions. He revealed that he was paid up to $6,000 per encounter. On one occasion, he testified that Ventura even asked him to urinate on her, stating that Combs and Ventura critiqued his performance.

However, the arrangement ended after Phillip witnessed Combs becoming violent with Ventura, which left him feeling fearful and experiencing erectile dysfunction for the first time. Phillip testified that he heard Combs slapping Ventura and her screaming “I’m sorry” before she ran out of the room. Phillip recounted that Ventura jumped into his lap, and he questioned why she stayed with Combs despite the apparent danger.

The trial, which started on May 12, 2025, is focused on allegations of “freak offs,” which prosecutors have described as “elaborate and produced sex performances.” Combs is also accused of attempting to cover up a 2016 incident, where he allegedly assaulted Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel.

Israel Florez, a former hotel security guard, testified that Combs offered him $100,000 to keep quiet about the incident and prevent surveillance tapes from being made public.

Ventura, who previously filed a lawsuit against Combs in 2023, is expected to testify on May 13. Her lawsuit set off a series of legal actions, with multiple people accusing Combs of sexual misconduct. While Ventura’s suit was settled shortly after filing, Combs has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

If convicted, Combs faces a potential life sentence. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
